Mary’s is fortunate to have Pádraig come and lead a Retreat At Home for us and our friends, people of faith and anyone of goodwill who might be interested in hearing this wonderful writer and speaker. He will share his life journey, poetry, lyrical gift, and his passion for reconciliation and justice, to help us explore how our imagination and faith can shape community and lives. Pádraig was from 2014-19 leader of the Corrymeela Community, Ireland’s oldest peace and reconciliation community. He is an author, speaker and theologian.
We are thrilled that Padraig will be leading 4 talks at St Mary’s from the 7th – 9th February 2020, a retreat, which will still allow you to do other things in your weekend, seeking to find God’s presence in daily life.
The programme will be as follows:
Friday 7th February at 7.30pm: Meal, Prayer & First Address
Saturday 8th February at 10am: Prayer and First Address
Saturday 8th February at 2pm: Prayer & Second Address
Sunday 9th February Padraig will preach at both morning services.
