Every once in clergy ministry, they are offered the chance to take time away from the coalface of daily ministry, as a time to reflect, read, and to take time to re-energise.
The Bishop of Southwark has given permission for our Vicar, Simon, to take a period of sabbatical this autumn, which has now begin. Simon will be away from the parish from 20th September 2022 until the beginning of January 2023.
In that time, the parish is being ably led by our Church Wardens, Stuart and Evalyn, with pastoral ministry and worship being led in the main by Reverend Joe Moore, our Assistant Priest. If you need to get in touch with Joe, simply email him or contact him via the Parish Office.
All our services and events are continuing as normal.
