Mothers and Daughters

An opportunity for mothers and daughters to share their faith

If you could ask your mother one question about her life, what would it be?

What is the most important thing a mother can pass on to her daughter?

Complicite Creative Learning is making a show about women and religion, and we’re looking for daughters and their mothers (or mothers and their daughters) who are interested in creating and performing in it.
We’re hoping to talk to a whole range of people about their experiences of the world: about their lives, about their faith, and about growing up as – and bringing up – daughters. These stories will then be woven into a performance starring the mothers and daughters themselves, but you do not need to be an actor to take part.
The show will be performed at the Battersea Arts Centre in June 2015 and created in association with 3FF and WIN, the Women’s Interfaith Network.
If you’re interested in finding out more about the project, and how to participate, please contact Poppy Keeling: [email protected]
