Smile as you change your life

thoughts by Gladys Ikeme

What is your life like? This is a question many will not like to answer. For me, my answer  will be, “Changing”.

Life should be profitable, not just for simply living. Don’t complain that there’s nothing to  do. Try to find new skills, whether in school, institutions, workshops or new employment.
If you have a dream, find out how to make it happen by discussing possibilities with
others. You may be surprised as your breakthrough may be waiting for you.
Change is possible if you pray to God to show you where you belong. Some people  have managed without a university degree. You just need to start somewhere and  believe that with God all things are possible (Matthew 19:26).
Bad habits will hold you back. It is said, “Show me your friends and I will show you what  sort of person you are.” Remember that bad friends are bound to pull you down. Don’t  adulterate your destiny by going wild just to belong, as that leads to inachievement. In  Philippians 3:14 we read, “…I strain to reach the end of the race and receive the prize  for which God, through Christ Jesus, is calling us…”
Let me share with you some thoughts that I like:
By listening to the news, you start your day in shock, but prayer neutralises it.
Have faith in God and all will be well.
Better to be a lion for one day than a goat for all your life.
Uproot the evil day in the chapter of your destiny; Satan will not have a day in your  calendar.
God is the life that makes us stable.
Grudge nobody for his or her achievement. All fingers are not the same.
Think no evil against anybody and always forgive as God forgave us.
Wisdom is acquired with patience.
Whatever your state in life, learn to light up your life with smiles.
God bless you.
