The Lord is My Shepherd; I shall not want. Psalm 23:1

The Lord is My Shepherd; I shall not want. Psalm 23:1

God has a final say in our lives. In the Bible, Jesus is called the Good Shepherd. (John 10:11) God knows everything that is happening, and will programme things to suit God’s will.

We will leave a foot print when he pass from this world. What will be said of our legacy? It will be like a book. We should connect in faith with God. However, when our faith has gone, God comes to take you back to your first love of spiritual things. I believe that every Christian can do amazing things through the power of God’s spirit.

What does God demand of you the remaining part of this year? You can change in you activities. Look into your life and don’t forget that there is a God in heaven. My God is a good God. I remember that the way of salvation is a narrow path, leading to the door of life. So, let us change our activities towards that door of life.

It is great to give our lives to Jesus. If I have Jesus, I have everything. Sometimes we choose situations we cannot deal with adequately. Remember, Jesus gives us answers for everything. He knows all about us.

When sickness hits your body, as it will do sometimes, or when old age comes upon us, say: “I have Jesus. He promised to supply my every need. He cannot lie. By faith I believe it.”

Everybody is tired of what is happening in the world. Tell God, who will give us the strength, no matter what comes against us. Since I have God on my since, this is very comforting. Looking at our lives, I recognise that what has gone has gone. We must appreciate what we have left. Since we have Jesus we can say, “I will not be negative in thought, I know who I am and I will not allow others to put me down. I have Jesus and I acknowledge God in my life.”

Remember, the fact that you are a Christian does not mean that you will not face temptation. God will take you through the temptation to the next level. God love us and promises never to leave or abandon us.(Hebrews 13:5)

I want to share this from Psalm 91:

The Lord is my refuge and fortress; in him will I trust. Surely he shall deliver me from the snare of the fowler and the noisome pestilence. The Lord shall cover me with his feathers and under his wings shall I trust. His truth shall be my shield and buckler. I shall not be afraid for the terror by night, nor for the arrow that flies by day, nor for the pestilence that walks in darkness, nor for the destruction that wastes at noonday.

God loves us all. May God grant our souls power to fight all evil with the blood that was shed by Jesus Christ on Calvary. We are new bodies in Christ. All our sins have been wiped away.

God bless you all.
